1. Return period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item. After this period, no returns will be accepted.

2. Return conditions

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Personalized or sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Return procedure

• Contact us at info@coldwane.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.

• Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

• Ship the item in secure packaging to the address provided.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
