By placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products
The characteristics of the products are described on each product page. The photos are non-contractual but aim to represent the products as accurately as possible.

3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges.
ColdWane reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the price displayed at the time of the order.

4. Orders
Order confirmation implies acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these Terms & Conditions.

5. Payment
Payment is due upon ordering. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

6. Delivery
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. ColdWane cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product, at their own expense, in its original condition and packaging.

8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be reported to: info@coldwane.com. Once validated, a refund or exchange will be carried out according to the terms specified on the “Returns Policy” page.

9. Warranties
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
